Paulo Dybala is a step closer to leaving Roma this summer.

TMW says there now appears little prospect of an agreement over a new contract.

Currently on a salary of over €10m, Dybala's deal is running down this season.

And with Roma insisting the 32 year-old accept a huge pay-cut to re-sign, Dybala is now closer to the exit door. Indeed, it's suggested there's little chance of a compromise being found.

Instead, a return home for the Argentina international is now gaining momentum, where Boca Juniors are already in regular contact.

Dybala said recently:  "I'm keeping the door open for a return to Argentina. (Leandro) Paredes is pressuring me to go to Boca."
