REVEALED: Newcastle scout at San Siro to check on two targets

The Toon had their rep in the stands to check on two particular summer transfer targets.

Local transfer expert Nicolo Schira is reporting: "Excl. - There was a Newcastle’s scout yesterday at San Siro Stadium to watch the game between Inter and Atalanta to monitor (Francesco) Pio Esposito and Giorgio Scalvini as possible NUFC’s targets for the summer transfer window."

Inter has previously insisted that Pio Esposito is not for sale. He has a contract until 2030.

Scalvini's contract with Atalanta runs until 2028.
