Prandelli admits he's been impressed by how Cesc handles Como in only his second full season as a senior coach.
He told Gazzetta di Parma: "In my opinion, right now, Fabregas is the best because he's managed to convey his way of thinking and playing football. They've created a solid team, with the sporting director, the general director, and the club itself.
"Despite being far away, they manage this club perfectly in terms of communication and strategy, and he's good at it. Critics say it's all about possession, but no, he keeps possession in the opposition's half when they're ahead.
Como never keep possession when they're not ahead. Como goes straight to the goal and plays vertically very quickly, so it's a different way of interpreting the game. They always interpret it the best way possible on any pitch."
