La Gazzetta dello Sport says Napoli have presented Bologna with an official offer of approximately €40m, including bonuses, to secure the Swiss winger, considered a top priority in Antonio Conte's plans.
The offer is structured in several phases: €9m immediately on loan, an obligation to buy set at €26m, and an additional €5m tied to bonuses. A complex and significant proposal, but it's not enough for now.
Bologna are for now demanding €45m to sell Ndoye, with Forest's last offer being €30m.
