He replied: "I'm in Lecce now, and I prefer to think about Lecce. You never know what will happen."
Camarda's comments went viral across social media and also in the local press and media.
The teen has since clarified the context around his words: "I don't accept that a response I gave to avoid disappointing children and out of respect for the club has been exploited to create false news.
"My Milanese affiliation cannot be questioned by anyone."
