Bremer insists players shouldn't complain given the short career of a footballer.
Discussing the influence of former Juve captain Giorgio Chiellini, he told Il Corriere della Sera: "The first year I arrived here he told me: 'You have to look at the man too, not just the ball.' He's right, I've always thought that even though I'm Brazilian: the ball never went into the goal on it on its own.
"I've also always paid attention to physical preparation: we're footballers for 15-20 years, it's right to work hard and give it our all."
Asked about role-models, Bremer added: "Lucio, the Brazilian. Then, once, (Walter) Mazzarri told me that I had some of Chiellini's qualities and that I should look up to him. We spoke, and now he's a mentor."
