La Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter president Beppe Marotta and transfers chief Piero Ausilio are in agreement over the need to bring in a new, ball-winning midfielder this summer.

And the player both Inter chiefs have settled on as a priority is Kone.
Marotta is prepared to green light a bid in excess of €40m to sign Kone. Should the Frenchman arrive, he become Inter's richest transfer in over six years.
Kone, 24, has a deal with Roma to 2029.
