The Greece striker joined Como over the summer from Celta Vigo.
He told Lega Serie A: "Como is beautiful, I have a great time here. My girlfriend and I have traveled a lot, but I think Como is the most beautiful place in Italy: it has a lot in common with the Greek islands.
"We feel like family here, and that's crucial, because you're happy to go to training every morning, and that's crucial in any job. There's a great atmosphere on the pitch, and in matches, we all play for eachother."
Meanwhile, on coach Cesc Fabregas, Douvikas also said: "I have a great relationship with the coach, he's the coach I've always dreamed of having: he gives so much, both as a team and individually.
"We have the same work ethic, we both know that it takes a lot of work to achieve success. I'm ambitious, so I like him a lot."
