Detourbet, who has previously been linked with a move to sister club Man City, revealed he has turned down a move to Al Hilal.
Speaking in an interview with Onze Mondial, the winger said: “My father and my agent were contacted and received this offer.
“They felt obliged to tell me about it because, financially speaking, it was a very attractive offer.
“Ever since the interview started, I’ve been telling you that I just want to play football, that I love the game. This story will show you that.
“When they mentioned it to me, I took out my phone, played the Champions League anthem and said to my dad: ‘Dad, I want us to enjoy this music together.’ That’s when they understood my answer.”
