Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that West Ham has reached an agreement with Fulham for Traoré.

The Spaniard is expected to undergo his medical this weekend, and then sign for the London club.
Traoré has made one assist in 20 competitive matches this season, only five of which have come from the start.
He played for Hammers manager Nuno at Wolves.
