Reports had suggested that the 19-year-old was pushing for a move away from Man City just six months after joining from Brazilian club Palmeiras.

Reis was understood to be frustrated with his lack of opportunities since making the move as he made just four appearances across all competitions.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, City have decided to send him on loan to sister club Girona in a bid to get him more first team football.
The centre-back will now travel to Spain in order to undergo his medical and meet up with his new teammates ahead of the 2025-26 season.
