Tudor, 47, made some fiery post-match comments, including labelling Fulham striker Raul Jimenez a “cheat” and ripping into referee Thomas Bramall.
The Tottenham boss described Bramall as a "home team referee" who "doesn't understand football" which has now led to punishment from the FA.
"Tottenham Hotspur's Igor Tudor has been charged with misconduct following comments that he made after their game against Fulham on Sunday 1st March in the Premier League," an FA statement read.
"The manager allegedly acted in an improper manner during a post-match interview by making comments that imply bias and/or question integrity and/or are personally offensive in relation to a match official."
Tudor headed straight down the tunnel to reach the dressing room before the rest of his squad in what was a frustrating game for the Croatian who has been under immense pressure.
Results have since picked up, with a draw against Liverpool and win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League despite losing on aggregate.
Spurs currently sit 16th in the table, just one place and one point above 17th-place Nottingham Forest who they will face on Sunday afternoon.
This game will be crucial to Tudor as he aims to guide the side away from the relegation zone which is what he was brought in for by the board after he replace Thomas Frank last month.
