Tottenham willing to trigger Semenyo clause

The Ghana international is being followed by the Premier League's biggest clubs, including Manchester United and Liverpool.

However, Spurs are ready to trigger Semenyo's buyout clause, which comes into the effect in January.

Sky Sports says Spurs expressed interest in Semenyo over the summer, but were put off by Bournemouth's asking price, which was reaching £80-90m.

With his buyout clause set at £65m, Spurs are willing to meet that price, though will have to convince Semenyo about a move to London.
