The Sun says England international Trafford is on Tottenham's radar.
Trafford returned to formative club City last summer from Burnley, but has been left frustrated this season having to play second fiddle behind Gigio Donnarumma.
As such, Trafford is ready to leave City this summer and can count on Tottenham as a suitor.
However, they won't get a clear run, with Newcastle United regarded as favourites should Trafford become available.
