Tudor, formerly of Juventus and Olympique Marseille, has been hired by Spurs to the end of the season after last week's dismissal of Thomas Frank.

According to ESPN Brasil, about a fortnight ago, Spurs made an enquiry for Ferreira at Palmeiras. Despite their approach and enthusiasm, the Portuguese rejected their offer.
Ferreira is the most successful coach in Palmeiras' history, having won 10 titles in the five years he's been in charge. He has a contract with the Brazilians to 2027.
As such, any chance of Spurs revisiting the situation this summer is unlikely.
