Change for Tottenham are planning a mass protest ahead of the Manchester City clash this weekend.

Campaign group 'Change for Tottenham' has called on fans to leave the stadium in the 75th minute in what is a defiant message against the club’s board who many fans are unhappy with.

Spurs are now winless in seven games and their hopes of any silverware have been tarnished after dropping out of the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Premier League title race with the club sitting 14th in the table.

Change For Tottenham organise multiple protests last season against the board and have sent a message on social media this week, telling fans to take action.

“They will not listen to patience. They will only listen when match going fans show visible, collective discontent. If we don’t act together inside the stadium, nothing changes.”

“This match is live on TV. The world will be watching. This would make a big statement.

“If the stadium empties, the message is undeniable. If we stay seated and quiet, the board will ignore us again.”

As per the Daily Mail, fans staged multiple protests last season, including the biggest that Daniel Levy (now departed) had faced for 24 years ahead of their match against Manchester United in February.

The club is nothing without fans

The message from the supporters group continued, stating that the club is nothing without its loyal fans who are frustrated by the club’s lack of ambition.

“Tottenham Hotspur cannot exist without you, our supporters. We are built on the loyalty, passion and commitment of those who follow us, and we do not underestimate what supporting our club means.

“Your dedication matters deeply. Thank you for your ongoing support. We are determined to deliver a future that reflects it.”
