As reported by The BBC and ESPN, the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust (THST) claimed that the club left out a line stating they "welcomed the input of THST" after a meeting at the start of the month.
The group also claims that a section outlining fans' concern at the risk of relegation and that the belief generated from winning the Europa League last season had now been "lost."
"As a democratic supporters' organisation elected to represent fans' views, we believe it is vital that supporters can see what issues are being raised with the club, how those issues are being discussed and what responses are being given.
"Publishing a full record of the points raised helps ensure accountability and allows members, and the wider fan base, to understand how the Trust is fulfilling its role on their behalf.
"Transparency is integral to our role and in our dealings with the club."
THST presented the findings of a survey of around 4,500 supporters and as reported by The Standard, the results were the lowest overall scores on topics such as commitment to winning and attracting talent since the trust first started conducting surveys.
After sacking manager Thomas Frank and bringing in interim boss Igor Tudor, Spurs sit 16th in the Premier League and five points clear of the relegation zone following just seven Premier League wins so far this season.
Tudor’s first match will come against North London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon as the club attempt to climb away from the drop zone.
