Arsenal are still set to be without a recognised striker as both Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus and Viktor Gyokeres were absent from training. The main concern for manager Mikel Arteta, however, is his defence, which is still lacking star man Gabriel.
The German giants last triumphed over Arsenal in 2024, winning over two legs in the quarter-finals, and will seek for a similar result this week as Kane returns to North London to face his former rivals.
When asked about having a plan to combat Kane, Timber, who will feature alongside Frenchman William Saliba, said the team must work together.
"That is not going to be easy, of course. I think he is an amazing striker, everyone knows that. He has so many qualities. He has been doing it for such a long time already, and now at Bayern Munich he has been one of the best players in the world.
“So, it is going to be a nice challenge for us as a team, as defenders, to stop him tomorrow. I think when you face an opposition with Harry Kane as the striker, he is a topic and you discuss him as defenders, because he is one of the dangerous players.
“It is the same with any other game, we discuss their players and the way they play. For tomorrow, it is the same."
Kane leads the way for opposition players to score at the Emirates Stadium with six goals, having done so for both Spurs and Bayern. The Bayern striker has 15 goals in 21 games in all competitions against the Gunners and Arteta will be keen on locking his down as soon as the game begins on Wedneday night.
