Club management have made the move after Romero complained about not having a private jet chartered for a similar international week last season prior to defeat to Arsenal.
As such, Romero will be flown back to London after he plays for Argentina agains Puerto Rico in Miami.
The Telegraph says Spurs and the Argentine FA will split the costs for the jet.
