The set-piece coach moved to Spurs to join new manager Thomas Frank's staff this past summer after leaving Manchester United.
The Swede said: "Thomas has the energy, leadership and ability to get the best out of everyone, both staff and players. In that he is almost unique.
"He has emotional intelligence and an understanding of how to get the best out of people."
Georgson also worked at Arsenal with Mikel Arteta and told Fotbollskanalen: "Mikel is a football genius. He has a football brain where I have never encountered anything like it.
"He can see details and also wholes, but at the same time also consistently wants to get better at everything. He drives himself in a way that I am very impressed with."
