According to TyC Sports journalist Gonzalo Carol, River Plate manager Eduardo Coudet has reached out to Garnacho over a potential loan to River Plate.
The report adds that Chelsea would be open to sending him on loan to the Argentinian giants for a year, although it remains to be seen whether the player is willing.
