Sessegnon and Fulham will meet his former club Tottenham this weekend.
Asked about how he's feeling this term, Sessegnon told Fulhamfc.com: “Very, very good – consistent.
“Last season, I didn’t start so many games in the Prem, this season I’ve played pretty much every game, so I’m finding the rhythm, I’m liking it, and I just want to continue.
“I think, like any footballer, once you’re playing a lot of games, you’re going to find a consistency, you’re going to find your best level.
“Last season, where obviously I was in and out, I could only show glimpses. Once you get in your rhythm you try to show what you can do – you feel fitter, you feel stronger, and I’m showing that.
“I want to try and impact the team any way I can, whether that’s goals or assists, whether that’s defending or attacking, and I’m happy with how I’m doing.”
