With BlueCo owning both clubs, Rosenior has been raised as the natural choice to succeed Enzo Maresca after his departure on Thursday.
Rosenior again discussed his situatin after Saturday's 1-1 draw with Nice and couldn't rule out moving to London and taking charge of the Blues.
"It's a very beautiful city, with very beautiful people, a great club," the Englishman said.
"I loved everything. The players were incredible. I really want the best for this club. I don't know if this is my last match. In life, you never know."
Rosenior added: "There's nothing concrete in these discussions. They're just discussions. What will be, will be... Strasbourg is a fantastic club with fantastic people.
"I loved everything about it. I adored all the players. And the fans and everyone here."
