That's according to Spanish transfer expert, Matteo Moretto.
Speaking on Radio Marca, Moretto revealed: "He's not untouchable; there are already Premier League clubs interested in him.
"For now, Real Madrid hasn't set a price, but it's clear they don't want to go below 50 million (euros)."
Meanwhile, Moretto says a move to the USA is still likely for Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann.
While the veteran has rejected a move to Orlando City before this month's MLS transfer deadline falls, Moretto states interest will resume at the end of the season.
He said, "It's sure to resume in the summer. Orlando still wants him and wants to finalize the deal as soon as possible because they know other MLS clubs are interested. We'll have more news starting in April."
