Rashford was granted permission by United to travel to Spain last night after terms were settled with Barca.
A medical is now scheduled ahead of Rashford signing his 12-month initial contract.
The England attacker was placed on the transfer-list at the end of last season and stripped of his No10 shirt number after spending the second-half of last season on-loan with Aston Villa.
