It wasn’t perfect, however, with midfield star Rodri, 29, forced off injured in the 88th minute with what appeared to be a groin issue.
Speaking to reporters after the game, Guardiola gave a vague yet concerning injury update in which he admitted he doesn’t know how long Rodri will be out for.
“I don’t know how long Rodri will be out. (It’s the) Groin I think the doctor said but we will see. We will make a test tonight or tomorrow," he said.
