The 51-year-old became the first Premier League manager to lose his job in early September following a high-profile falling out with Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis.
He has since been replaced by former Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou, who lost his first game in charge 3-0 to Arsenal on Saturday (September 13).
