Per The Telegraph, Tuchel has decided to hand Newcastle winger Harvey Barnes his first chance to represent England since 2020.
The 28-year-old has been fantastic for Newcastle so far this season, scoring 14 goals and providing five assists in his 50 games across all competitions.
Barnes recently turned down the opportunity to represent Scotland at international level, instead prioritising a return to the England set up.
