According to ESPN Brazil, Palmeiras are hoping to generate around €70m from player sales in 2026, and Newcastle are looking to take advantage.
Allan, 21, is one of the most likely options to be sold, and the Brazilian giants are understood to be willing to negotiate.
Palmeiras have already turned down an offer of €20 million from Zenit and are looking for a fee of around €32 million to sell the winger.
