The 31-year-old is now a free agent after he reached an agreement with Chelsea to terminate his reported £325,000 per-week contract.
Sterling was a member of Chelsea’s infamous ‘bomb squad’ and has played or trained with the first team at all this season.
It’s understood that the former Man City and Liverpool ace had offers to leave Chelsea last summer but ultimately decided to stay with his family settled in London.
One of the clubs said to be interested in Sterling was Napoli, but Manna has now seemingly ruled out a potential move.
"Raheem is very good, but he hasn't been playing for a long time," Manna said.
"We spoke with him during the summer but I see it as difficult right now, he has significant financial expectations," he then admitted.
