The 35-year-old is now a free agent after he was released by West Ham at the end of their disastrous 2024-25 campaign.
Antonio was lucky to survive after being involved in a serious car accident back in December, in which he sustained a fractured femur.
He had been continuing his rehabilitation with the East London club, even after his contract expired, but has since left and is looking to the future.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Antonio said: "I'm speaking to clubs right now to see where the best offer is for me to go, and we'll just see how it goes.
"To be honest, there's a mixture (of different clubs), we're talking to clubs here, we're talking to clubs abroad, but I'm going to leave it very vague - talk to clubs in England and abroad."
