Mauricio Pochettino gives green light to Tottenham return after World Cup

The 53-year-old been tasked with leading host nation USA during this year’s World Cup but is already looking beyond.

According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Pochettino has informed Tottenham of his desire to return to the club once the World Cup is over.

It’s understood that several members of the Spurs board are keen on making it happen and talks are ongoing.

Tottenham are also targeting Roberto De Zerbi, who left French giants Marseille in dramatic fashion earlier in the season.
