The Mirror says Mateta has agreed personal terms, though talks between the two clubs have hit a road-block.

Palace manager Oliver Glasner has stated Mateta won't be considered for selection ahead of today's clash with Nottingham Forest.
But with his move away stalling, Mateta took to social media with a post of an 'angry face' emoji. On Instagram, Mateta also no longer follows Crystal Palace.
Instead, in his bio it reads: "Ils comprendront un jour," which translates to 'They will understand one day'.
Milan are willing to go to £30m to sign Mateta outright before Tuesday's deadline.
