Speaking this morning ahead of Saturday's trip to Newcastle United for the day's early kickoff, Maresca admits their medical room is clearing.
He began: "We are good. The ones that we left out for Cardiff are okay. Liam Delap and Dario Essugo are probably available for Aston Villa and Romeo (Lavia) is still out, Levi (Colwill) is still out."
On Delap, Maresca added: "We said since his injury, we didn't know exactly for how long but he is progressing well."
The Italian was also asked about his plans for Christmas.
He continued, "So far, long week, games. Family, my mum and dad are coming from Italy and my wife's family are coming. The kids can be with their grandparents.
"Most important thing is everyone is healthy. With so many things, sometimes we lose the most important things."
Man City speculation
After the opening round of questions, Maresca was pushed about this week's reports of a potential return to Manchester City.
Multiple sources have claimed City management have placed the Italian at the top of their shortlist to succeed Pep Guardiola. Maresca, having had two coaching spells at City, remains highly regarded by the Northwest giants.
Asked about the reports, he said: "It doesn't affect me at all. I know that it is 100% speculation and in this moment, there is no time for these things.
"I have a contract here until 2029 and my focus is about this club. I'm very proud to be here. It's speculation. One week ago, it was the same with Juventus so I don't pay attention.
"It's just speculation. It's important to understand the reason why this news was there, but it's not my job. I don't care at all and the focus is on the Newcastle game."
The City links emerged just days after Maresca hit out at Chelsea management for a lack of support following victory over Everton last weekend.
Qiuzzed if he has spoken to management since the outburst, the manager stated: "About the Everton press conference? No. About different things? Yes, we are in the same building."
St James' Park challenge
On travelling to Newcastle United tomorrow, Maresca expects a white-hot atmosphere at St James' Park, despite the midday kickoff.
He continued: "For me, it's always difficult. Night or day, they are a very good team. Their manager (Eddie Howe) is fantastic and has done a fantastic job for years.
"Sandro Tonali, Guimaraes, Joelinton, (Lewis) Miley also, they are all fantastic players, international players. They complete each other. They are physically strong and good on the ball. They are 100% complete, perfect. It's difficult for any team to face them."
Chelsea commitment
Before signing off, Maresca was asked again about his situation and if he can guarantee still being in charge next season.
He replied emphatically: "Absolutely, yes. I have a contract until 2029. It's speculation, 100%. I don't have nothing to add. I don't pay attention.
"Absolutely, yes (there's more to achieve with Chelsea). We achieved the third semi-final in 18 months the other day. Last year was good in terms of trophies and finishing fourth in the Premier League.
"The target is to try and improve on what we did last season."
