Wilson is fit to face Man City

Silva firstly spoke on Harry Wilson, who scored from 36 metres to secure the win over Brentford at the weekend in what was a stunning striker.

"Yesterday he was feeling well, he felt something in the game, and it was the same he felt against Sunderland.

"It doesn't look like it is something that is going to take him from the game tomorrow. He is going to be okay."

Keeping on the theme of fitness, Silva touched upon Antonee Robinson, who could return over the next few weeks as he builds up fitness behind the scenes after a suffering a persistent knee injury.

"He is doing gym work, let's hope we have good news in December."

Reaching 200 games

Silva reached 200 games in charge of Fulham this weekend as he snatched 3 points from the Bees. This is a huge milestone for any manager and shows how Fulham have complete faith in the Portuguese tactician, who is one of the longest serving managers in the Premier League.

"I've learnt about relationships, how demanding it is. The relationships are very important. Up, downs - in life, in football - it's a learning curve.

"Every single moment for me on the training ground is a moment to make my players and staff better."

Fulham face City who sit second in the Premier League standings after eight wins, one draw and four defeats which includes a 3-2 win over Leeds United at the weekend. Silva says he is ready for a challenge and hopes his side can pull off a result.

"City are always very very very strong. Tough game for us, but back-to-back wins gives us confidence.

"Under the lights at the Cottage, let's hope we can change (the story) in our favour."
