Manchester United management remain determined to sell Mason Mount this summer.

The Sun says United are seeking to sell a raft of senior players over the close-season as they still owe over £400m in outstanding transfer fee payments.

Those being hawked to European clubs include Rasmus Højlund (signed for £64m), Joshua Zirkzee (£36.5m), Manuel Ugarte (£50.5m), André Onana (£43.8m) and Mount (£55m).

Marcus Rashford will also be sold to Barcelona, while Harry Maguire and Casemiro are likely to be moved on as their contracts run down.

However, there will be a debate around Mount, particularly if Michael Carrick remains in charge. The current manager is a fan of Mount and is eager to work with the former Chelsea midfielder if he can shake off his persistent injury niggles.
