The 17 year-old has just left Dinamo Zagreb to NK Kustosija in Croatia.
The Mirror says the decision to leave Dinamo was due to pressure from their management for Belinho to pen a long-term contract.
Instead, Belinho has joined NK Kustosija, where his deal is for the short-term and he will be allowed to leave for an elite league when he turns 18. Belinho's agent, Andy Bara, is also a shareholder in NK Kustosija.
United, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all keen and following Belinho closely this season.
Belinho's agents have been in Germany this month for talks with Borussia Dortmund, while Barca chief Deco has recently visited Zagreb to make a personal check on the teen.
