According to the BBC, Ghana’s football federation were hoping to persuade Heaven to represent them at the World Cup.
Eligible through his grandparents, Heaven has represented England at almost every youth level but is yet to make an appearance for the senior team.
The report adds that Heaven decided to turn Ghana’s offer down and is focused on breaking into the first team at Man United.
