Foden also dedicated the derby win to Ricky Hatton, after the boxing champ passed away in the morning at the age of 46.
“100%,” when asked if the 3-0 victory was for Hatton. “I had extra motivation going into the game.
“It was for him, his family and the people suffering right now.
“The lads made sure we gave everything. It wasn’t a pretty match but the way we ran, it was all for him and we are delighted with the result.”
