Pavlovic was promoted by Bayern from the B team in 2023 and has gone onto make 62 appearances, scoring four goals.
Both Manchester clubs have reportedly made enquiries about Pavlović through intermediaries, but there has been no contact with Bayern Munich yet.
The Germany midfielder's contract with Bayern Munich extends until the summer of 2029.
