Bradley had to be stretchered off during the dying stages of the Reds’ goalless draw with Arsenal last week after he twisted his knee in the second half.
The 22 year old has avoided an ACL tear but surgery was needed to fix the issue which reports state has ruled him out for the rest of the season.
Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli issued an apology to Bradley following the match after he had attempted to push him off the pitch after he went down injured which sparked conversation online.
Bradley spoke to fans for the first time after the incident, stating that he will comeback stronger after the crushing blow.
Writing on Instagram, he said: "A big blow but surgery is done so the comeback starts now.
"It won't be for a little while but I already can't wait to get back playing for Liverpool and Northern Ireland. Thank you for all of the support."
His injury opens the door for young, often forgotten fullback Calvin Ramsay who has the chance to rotate with Jeremie Frimpong in defence as manager Arne Slot tries to find a solution.
Joe Gomez, Frimpong, Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones have all played at right-back under Slot but the Dutchman is set to hand Ramsay more of a chance in the first team as he grows in confidence.
