Ngumoha joined Liverpool as a 16-year-old back in September 2024 after refusing to sign professional terms at Chelsea.

The winger has since made his professional debut with the reigning Premier League champions, scoring a late winner in their 3-2 victory over Newcastle earlier in the season.
According to The Athletic, Liverpool have now been told to pay a minimum of £2.8 million to Chelsea in compensation.
It’s understood that the fee could rise by a further £4 million if certain performance-based milestones are met.
