The wing-back spent the first-half of the season on-loan with Porto B before his January recall.
Since then, Lima has impressed under manager Rob Edwards.
He said, “I came back in January which was good timing. I arrived back and had a very good meeting with Rob (Edwards), and I like the training we have now.
“I like the staff, the team, everybody likes each other. We have good jokes, we all enjoy training. Training is really good, I improve every session which is important.”
Lima, on the team's form under Edwards, also told the Wolves website: “Yes, it was a really good time, some really good wins. We know all games in the Premier League are very important, but those games against Liverpool and Aston Villa were really important, and good timing for our position in the table at the end of the season.
“Now we have more games that we need to play like we did in those games.”
