The Whites head into the trip with the chance to extend their unbeaten run to nine matches and finish the campaign on a high.
"The best possible finish is always a good performance, good result. Each and every position on the table counts, each and every point counts," Farke told the media.
"For that, we are also hungry to extend our unbeaten run and also hungry to finish as this group of players also deserve in style, with good performance, and yeah if possible, also three points. If not, then perhaps one point. But of course, we want to stay unbeaten.
"It's still a bit tricky situation in terms of injuries, so very similar, perhaps even a bit worse in comparison to last game. But also in last game against Brighton, we found a way to win this game, and we try to do more or less similar also on Sunday."
Farke added: "We work at the moment with a smile on our face, that's for sure. Of course when safety was confirmed two gamedays ago there was a big relief and a big joy and we had also a bit more time between the games to celebrate a bit.
"Whatever happens in the upcoming days, no one can take away that this was a fantastic season for everyone connected with Leeds United.
"For that, we enjoy it in the moment, we enjoy the time, but as a professional footballer, as a professional manager, coaching staff member, you're also drilled to be competitive."
