The West Yorkshire club went 1-0 down thanks to a goal from Brentford midfielder Jordan Henderson in the 70th minute.
Just 12 minutes later, in-form Leeds striker Calvert-Lewin, 28, scored the equaliser and Leeds head back up north with a valuable point.
Calvert-Lewin has now scored in four consecutive Premier League games for Leeds, and his manager believes he’s one of the best in the country.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, he said: "Excellent player, we don't have to speak about it he speaks for it himself.
“Great team-mate, great human being and great worker on and off the pitch. One of the best English strikers we have, Harry Kane is playing in the Bundesliga, but he's one of the best English strikers in the Premier League."
