The 23 year-old is viewed as a hard-working midfield addition Juve have been lacking this season.
While not regarded as a spectacular talent, Juve chiefs see Andre as a player capable of knitting the team and Luciano Spalletti's system together in the traditions of an Angelo di Livio and Antonio Conte.
A €22m signing from Fluminense two summers ago, Juve know Wolves will be seeking to make a healthy profit on Andre's sale as they are relegated from the Premier League this season.
