Bryan Mbeumo began his first Manchester United training session this week after joining the side this summer.

United officially completed the signing of Mbeumo from Brentford this week in a deal that could rise to £71M as Amorim looks to reshape his attack with both him and Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Cameroonian forward was unveiled on Monday evening and joined his first training session the very next morning after completing his long-awaited transfer from the west London club. Mbeumo joined the squad who flew out to America on Tuesday, where they will take part in the Premier League Summer Series and face West Ham, Bournemouth and Everton.

Before the training session began however, Amorim gathered the entire squad round and led a round of applause to welcome him to the side who did the same with Cunha and Diego Leon who joined from Cerro Porteno this summer.

The attacker, who scored 20 Premier League goals for Brentford last season ould make his first appearance for the Reds when they face West Ham United at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this weekend. He will be delighted by such a warm welcome that should make him feel comfortable at his new side before the season begins.
