Gusto impressed in the Champions League win against Pafos this week, with the defender's role at wing-back multi-faceted.
"He said to me to be a bit more free on the pitch, to change more my position during the game," revealed Gusto.
"Sometimes I can go in the pocket, sometimes I can go wide, but it’s more or less the same way to play which is good because it means there haven’t been a lot of changes for us.
"I like to attack, of course, that’s my type of game. I’m really enjoying playing this system and being more free. Now it’s a matter of keeping improving to help the team as much as possible."
Gusto added, "It’s a new era with new tactics and new things to improve.
"Everyone here is happy to have him on the team so it is our job now to put everything together, to rebuild something as a team and perform as much as possible."
