Grealish joined the Blues from Manchester City in the summer on loan for the entirety of the 2025/26 campaign. The English international has impressed so far under manager David Moyes, but is far from the best winger in the league this season.
Saka does not compare
Arsenal star Saka, who spearheads Arsenal’s attack, has been snubbed by Grealish this week as he was asked by Stan Sport Football about which Premier League winger impresses him the most.
"Ndiaye is the most skilful player in the Premier League. In terms of pure skill, yeah. I'm not sitting here saying, oh yeah, he could be the best, but skilful.
“Saka, for example, is so good, one of the best wingers in the world. But he's not skilful."
Ndiaye over Doku?
Comparing with City’s Jeremy Doku, Grealish added that Ndiaye can wiggle out of any situation he finds himself in unlike the Belgian.
"Like, Doku, for example, you wouldn't put him in, like, I don't know, a small five-a-side pitch. But Ndiaye wouldn't even need that space at all.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. No matter where he's in. He's just in and out, whereas Doku, like, you know, might need a bit of space for his, like, pace and stuff. Saka as well."
Ndiaye has been often named as Everton’s best player and as the January window approaches many reports have linked him with a move away from the club. The winger is said to be a big admirer of Chelsea who could steal him away from the Toffees.
