The Gunners are just one step away from European glory for the first time in their history and are just two games away from clinching their first Premier League title in over two decades.
Arteta has pushed his side to their limit this season and is now on the verge of making history with the North London club.
Despite this season’s success so far, Gallas spoke to BetVictor about how his former side may not become a dominant force in the years to come in a message which may worry supporters.
"I don't think Arsenal will dominate the Premier League or Champions League next season. PSG are able to dominate again because Ligue 1 is different to the Premier League, it's not as physical or mentally demanding.
"Arsenal haven't dominated this season either, they let Manchester City back into the title race, and they lost to them twice in the league and in a cup final.
"I think Mikel Arteta will stay for another season, regardless of what happens, and do is best to win possibly his second Premier League trophy next year."
"Arsenal's mentality has improved this season. Even after losing to Manchester City, they did not collapse. They've been fighting in the Champions League too, and that win against West Ham showed they weren't going to stop until they scored a goal."
Arsenal have suffered just one defeat in their last 19 top-flight games against Burnley as they prepare for another chance to take one step closer to the title on Monday night.
If they win, they could be crowned champions of Manchester City slip up against Bournemouth. They must then carry this momentum into the Champions League final in just two weeks time in what could be a momentous season.
